3Loveplug operates a 14 days return policy after receiving parcel. We suggest to check each product measurement in advance, to make sure the sizing is suitable. If you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note, please contact us directly. All returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving item. Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours. If the order has already been shipped (or 48 hours have passed), we won't be able to offer a cancellation.
It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address any orders lost or not delivered due to an incorrect address provided will not be reimbursed.
