Most international orders are delivered within 3 weeks of shipping confirmation

3Loveplug operates a 14 days return policy after receiving parcel.
We suggest to check each product measurement in advance, to make sure the sizing is suitable. If you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note, please contact us directly. All returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving item.
Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours. If the order has already been shipped (or 48 hours have passed), we won't be able to offer a cancellation.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address any orders lost or not delivered due to an incorrect address provided will not be reimbursed.

Don't hesitate to contact for any info, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hi@3loveplug.com

In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to you at our expense. If a refund is chosen we will refund shipping costs.
